What You Will Do

• Medication administration and monitoring resident health through vitals and assessments

• Supervise CNA’s in providing quality care

• Document care and communicate changes in resident condition

• Help create a safe, respectful and comfortable environment for residents

What We Are Looking For

• Active and Clear RN license

• A caring attitude and strong teamwork skills

• Skilled nursing or rehab experience is a plus but not required
