What You Will Do

Lead and oversee risk management processes, incident reporting and follow-up investigations
Monitor and review clinical documentation for accuracy, compliance and risk reduction
Analyze trends related to falls, infections, incidents and quality indicators
Participate in QAPI / QA processes and performance improvement initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• Active and Clear RN license
• 1-3 years of root cause analysis / risk prevention & management experience 
• Point Click Care experience is a plus
