What You Will Do

Provide strong leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA) Foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcome  

What We Are Looking For

Active Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy License in the State of Florida                                                                                                                                  

Strong knowledge of PDPM and reimbursement models 

Minimum of 2 years experience with a SNF/LTC setting
