What You Will Do

• Assess new residents and develop care plan. Update therapy plans based on their recovery, safety needs and goals.

• Guide residents in exercises, mobility training, strengthening, balance work and fine motor activities to help residents regain function after illness, injury or surgery

• Document progress, challenges, and improvements in the medical record and communicate updates to the clinical team.

What We Are Looking For

• Active and Clear PT license in the State of Florida

• A caring attitude and strong teamwork skills

• Skilled nursing or rehab experience is a plus but not required
