What You Will Do

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight • Mentor and develop the nursing team
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and positive clinical outcomes
• Help create a safe, respectful and comfortable environment for residents

What We Are Looking For

•Active and Clear RN license in the State of Florida
•Strong leadership & staff development skills
•Point Click Care experience • •Proven track record of clinical outcomes & successful annual surveys
