About the Role We're looking for a CNC Swiss Operator to join our dedicated Swiss cell. We run 4 Citizen Swiss machines and need someone who knows the rhythm of Swiss-type turning — bar feed, sub-spindle, live tooling, tight tolerances — and can keep parts moving accurately and efficiently.

This is a focused role. You'll own your cell, your quality, and your output.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor Citizen Swiss screw machines in a 4-machine cell
• Set up jobs, make offsets, and perform in-process inspection to print
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T callouts
• Complete job traveler and inspection documentation accurately
• Communicate tooling and supply needs to shop management
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols

What We're Looking For

• Able to read blueprints and apply basic GD&T
• Detail-oriented with a strong quality mindset — you catch problems before they become scrap
• Efficient and self-directed; you don't need someone standing over you
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Bonus Points For

• 1–3 years of Swiss-type CNC turning experience (Citizen, Tsugami, Star, Tornos, or similar)
• Direct Citizen CINCOM experience
• Familiarity with bar feeders and sub-spindle operations
• Knowledge of machining tooling (inserts, drills, form tools)
• Blueprint reading and first-article inspection experience
