Assistant General Manager

The Retail Store Assistant General Manager is responsible for leading the charge of our company core values (C.A.R.E.S.) and strengthening the team around them.

Job Duties & Responsibilities: 

• LMA
• Proactively manages the day to day operations of the car wash
• Works directly with the General Manager to make strategic recommendations on process improvements
• Commitment to using data for measurement and benchmarking
• Creates a culture of continuous improvement
• Trains and develops team members
• Leads by example, friendly and energetic with a passion for helping people
• Results-oriented with the ability to push self and others towards success
• Commitment to successfully managing and leading growth
• Servant leadership and organizational skills
• 45 hour expected work week

Requirements:

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Customer service experience

Direct Report: General Manager

Compensation Package:

• Pay range is $20-$22
