General Manager

The General Manager is the driver of our company’s growth. This individual will lead the charge of our company core values (C.A.R.E.S.) and strengthen the team around them. They are responsible for the daily operations and profitability of the car wash facility.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Proactively manages the day-to-day operations of the car wash
• Works directly with Senior Executive Leadership Team (SET) to make strategic recommendations on process improvements
• Commitment to using data for measurement and benchmarking
• Creates a culture of continuous improvement
• Trains and develops team members
• Leads by example, friendly and energetic with a passion for helping people
• Motivate and encourage team members
• Results-oriented with the ability to push self and others towards success
• Commitment to successfully managing and leading growth
• Servant leadership and organizational skills
• 50 hour expected work week

Job Requirements: 3+ years of management experience, hiring & recruiting experience, ability to manage a team of people, 2+ years of customer service

Direct Report: Area Manager

Compensation Package:

• Annual Compensation Range $65k to $72k includes our Competitive Profit Sharing and Site Bonus.
• 401k and up to 3% company match
