The Retail Store Assistant General Manager is responsible for leading the charge of our company core values (C.A.R.E.S.) and strengthening the team around them.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- LMA
- Proactively manages the day to day operations of the car wash
- Works directly with the General Manager to make strategic recommendations on process improvements
- Commitment to using data for measurement and benchmarking
- Creates a culture of continuous improvement
- Trains and develops team members
- Leads by example, friendly and energetic with a passion for helping people
- Results-oriented with the ability to push self and others towards success
- Commitment to successfully managing and leading growth
- Servant leadership and organizational skills
- 45 hour expected work week
Requirements:
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Customer service experience
Direct Report: General Manager
Compensation Package:
- Total annual compensation $52,500 – $61,500 (includes hourly pay, overtime pay, profit sharing, commission)
- 401(k) with 3% company match per company policy
