C&L Ward's Okemos Showroom is looking for a Design Center Manager!
We're looking for a motivated, outgoing, and goal-driven individual who enjoys connecting with people, staying busy, and helping clients take the next step in their home improvement journey. Based in our Okemos, Michigan location, you'll answer inbound calls, learn about client's needs, and schedule appointments and welcome walk-in clients to the showroom, answer initial questions, and help guide them toward the right solution for their projects.
Responsibilities:
- This position is based in our Okemos Location, daily travel to Okemos is required.
- Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments for sales and service teams
- Speak with potential clients to understand their needs for windows, doors, roofing, siding, decking or repairs
- Follow up with client inquiries until appointments are scheduled
- Accurately enter client information into our system
- Confirm appointments and keep schedules organized
- Greet walk-in clients at our design centers and introduce them to product displays
Compensation:
- Starting at $17.00/hr.
- Performance incentive program
Schedule and Location:
- Okemos design center hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM, and occasional Saturdays 9:00AM - 1:00PM.
- This position is based out of our Okemos location
