Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a property management company in Greensboro, NC. This position will support daily property operations, resident communication, administrative functions, work orders, reporting, and overall office support.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and customer service skills, property management experience, and the ability to work professionally with residents, vendors, internal staff, and the general public.


Location: Greensboro, NC
Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Type: Temporary / Temp-to-Hire


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day property management operations
  • Provide administrative and customer service support to residents and staff
  • Respond to resident inquiries, service requests, and concerns
  • Enter, track, and close out work orders
  • Assist with lease paperwork, resident notices, and property documentation
  • Support rent collection, delinquency tracking, reports, and file maintenance
  • Assist with purchase orders, invoices, office supplies, and administrative tracking
  • Help coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on completion
  • Assist with property inspections, move-in/move-out processes, and general office needs
  • Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information appropriately
  • Communicate professionally by phone, email, and in person
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required
  • Property management experience required
  • Strong administrative and customer service experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • SharePoint experience is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen


Work Environment:

This position works in a professional office setting within a property management environment. Business casual dress is required.
