Job Description

We are seeking an Internal Cloud Demand Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud demand management, capacity planning, and financial management and a proven ability to translate intake into prioritized, feasible delivery plans that align with platform capacity and funding models.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end demand intake, evaluation, normalization, and prioritization for Internal Cloud Platform services.
• Produce accurate demand forecasts and align demand with platform capacity, funding models, and delivery constraints.
• Own the demand management process, intake criteria, and reporting cadence.
• Analyze intake requests, model capacity impacts, and maintain demand backlogs.
• Integrate demand data into planning, governance, and financial management workflows.
• Collaborate with finance, governance, and platform teams to convert demand signals into executable delivery plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience managing demand intake, prioritization, or portfolio planning for shared technology services.
• Strong analytical skills with experience modeling capacity constraints, utilization, and delivery trade-offs.
• Familiarity with cloud or infrastructure consumption patterns.
• Experience partnering with finance, governance, and platform teams to translate demand into actionable plans.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira.

Preferred Skills:

• ITIL Demand or Financial Management certification.
• 5-7+ years supporting infrastructure or cloud portfolio management.
• Experience with capacity planning tools or service portfolio platforms.
• Exposure to virtualization or platform capacity modeling.
