Job Description

We are seeking a Tax Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate income tax provision, tax compliance support, and international tax data management with a proven ability to coordinate tax information, prepare and review provision calculations, and research tax issues.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and process incoming tax information for internal use and filings.
• Assist in preparing information for tax filing documents.
• Update and maintain data on earnings and profits, foreign taxes paid, parent company stock basis, and audit proceedings.
• Assist in preparing the income tax provision and review provision calculations.
• Monitor current technical and business developments affecting tax matters.
• Research and analyze tax issues as they arise, including foreign country tax issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and tax data management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• 1-3 years of experience in corporate tax, tax provision, or related roles.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with ASC 740 and income tax provision processes.
• Experience with international tax concepts and foreign tax credits.
