Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile delivery, Jira, and digital technologies and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and deliver projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning, execution, and closing of projects using Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet delivery goals.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, and budgets aligned to financial objectives.
• Facilitate effective communication, status reporting, and leadership updates.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues to ensure project success.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven project management experience within Agile frameworks.
• Proficiency with Agile tools, especially Jira.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication skills.
• Solid understanding of financial principles and budget management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes.
• Risk identification, mitigation, and dependency management.
• Proficiency in reporting and executive presentations.
• Microsoft Office expertise, including Excel and data analysis.
• Background in digital technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Agile or Project Management certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP).
• Coaching and mentoring experience for Agile teams.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
