Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Networking Change Management and Readiness Project Manager to lead change management, operational readiness, and adoption planning for Supply Chain workstream systems and business process changes. The role will coordinate across HPE stakeholders, Supply Chain SMEs, IT, functional workstream leads, suppliers, and external partners to ensure impacted teams understand upcoming changes, how processes and systems will work, required actions, and how readiness will be measured before testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. The position will protect business continuity, reduce adoption risk, and align stakeholder readiness with the integration timeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Own Supply Chain change management and readiness execution, including readiness planning, stakeholder and supplier communications, training, support materials, cutover preparation, and hypercare.
  • Validate systems and process change impacts and maintain the Supply Chain change impact inventory across process, system, data, role, reporting, handoff, and operating model changes.
  • Drive HPE stakeholder and supplier alignment, confirming impacted groups, audience owners, SMEs, change champions, and feedback channels to capture adoption risks and questions.
  • Manage readiness deliverables, including 30/60/90-day MOC actions, role-based training, job aids, process documentation, readiness checklists, escalation paths, and support materials.
  • Coordinate supplier-facing readiness with workstreams and supplier enablement teams for process changes, system touchpoints, testing expectations, cutover actions, support paths, and timing dependencies.
  • Integrate MOC into program governance and report readiness status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and escalations through governance forums and executive updates.
  • Support testing, cutover, and hypercare by clarifying responsibilities, handoffs, controls, workarounds, triage paths, and go-live support expectations.
  • Escalate readiness risks related to SME ownership, training, communications, operational support, vendor dependencies, business continuity, and customer-impacting processes.
  • Capture adoption evidence through training completion, simulation outcomes, readiness results, remediation, feedback, and post-go-live adoption gaps for future waves.
  • Act as a peer leader on a cross-functional project team and contribute to strategic supply chain solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain, project management, change management, supply chain transformation, systems implementation, business process change, or operational readiness.
  • Experience supporting complex cross-functional programs with Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Operations, customer-facing teams, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Proven management of readiness plans, change impacts, communications, training coordination, issue tracking, risk escalation, and adoption activities.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills with proficiency in MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio) and modeling tools.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; mastery in English.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes and ability to translate complex changes into practical impacts and guidance.

Preferred Skills:

  • PMP, change management, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in integration, transformation, supplier enablement, or large-scale operational change environments.
