Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy Copilot Studio agents with hands-on development and configuration.
  • Create topics, triggers, conversation nodes, and adaptive card interactions for clear user experiences.
  • Implement agent flows and reusable skills for complex multi-step workflows and task automation.
  • Integrate agents with REST APIs, custom connectors, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Leverage Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Fx to orchestrate backend actions and data operations.
  • Apply prompt engineering, grounding, and context management for LLM-driven conversations and enterprise retrieval.
  • Ensure data governance, role-based access, and compliance using Entra ID and organizational policies.
  • Author and maintain skills or agents using code-first or YAML/DevOps approaches where applicable.
  • Design conversation flows that handle ambiguity, fallbacks, and escalation paths to human support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Power Platform expertise: Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Fx fundamentals.
  • Copilot Studio fundamentals: topics, triggers, conversation nodes, agent flows vs. skills, adaptive cards.
  • Generative AI: prompt design and grounding, multi-turn context management, retrieval over enterprise data.
  • Integration: REST APIs, custom connectors, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft 365, Azure OpenAI or Azure AI services.
  • Pro-code skills: .NET, JavaScript, or Python to develop custom skills and reusable backend logic.
  • Conversation and UX design for intent recognition, task completion, fallbacks, and escalation.
  • Data governance and security: Entra ID authentication, role-based access, and data policies.
  • Workflow orchestration using Power Automate and event-driven patterns.
  • Hands-on software development mindset with readiness for active coding and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with MuleSoft, Starburst, or similar enterprise integration platforms.
  • YAML-based or DevOps-style agent authoring, validation, and CI/CD automation.
