Tool Room Apprentice

Starting Pay Range: $18.50 – $21.50/ hour

This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade, work with precision equipment, and grow within manufacturing.

Schedule You Can Plan Around

Training (approximately 3–6 months): Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Long-term schedule: Monday–Thursday, 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Three-day weekends every week.)

What You’ll Be Doing

Train alongside experienced Toolmakers
Learn how dies, fixtures, and tooling are built, repaired, and maintained
Operate manual machines such as mills, lathes, and grinders
Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
Help troubleshoot and support production tooling needs

What We’re Looking For

Mechanical aptitude and interest in skilled trades
Willingness to learn and take feedback
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Basic math and measurement skills
Hands-on or shop experience is a plus, but not required
