We're looking for a detail-oriented, analytical professional to join the settlement operations team of a well-established financial services firm.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and ensuring accuracy.
What You'll Do:
- Enter and process financial transaction data
- Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies
- Work across multiple systems to ensure accurate records
- Follow established procedures and support daily operations
- Collaborate with a team in a fast-paced financial environment
What We're Looking For:
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to follow detailed written procedures
- A dependable, team-oriented attitude
Experience in accounting, banking, brokerage operations, or financial services is a plus, but not required!
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
