What You’ll Do

As an Associate Center Director, you will:

• Support the daily operations of the learning center
• Deliver outstanding customer service to students and families
• Conduct consultative enrollment conversations with prospective parents
• Help coach, motivate, and develop instructional staff
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and operational organization
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and the local community
• Support student retention and family engagement initiatives
• Assist with local marketing and community outreach events
• Help foster a positive, energetic, and team-oriented center culture

Leadership Development Path

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in:

  • Retail or hospitality leadership
  • Customer service-focused roles
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to actively listen, assess needs, provide solutions, and overcome objections
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Leadership skills with empathy, professionalism, and accountability
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
