What You’ll Do

As an Associate Center Director, you will:

• Help lead the day-to-day operations of the learning center
• Deliver exceptional customer service to students and families
• Conduct consultative enrollment conversations with prospective families
• Support sales, retention, and student success initiatives
• Coach, train, and motivate instructional staff
• Build strong relationships with parents, students, schools, and the community
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and center operations
• Help create a positive, energetic, and results-driven culture
• Support local marketing and community partnership efforts
• Partner with leadership to drive center growth and performance

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in:
• • Business management

  • Education
  • Retail or hospitality leadership
  • Customer service-focused roles
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and overcome objections in conversations with families
• Leadership skills with empathy, professionalism, and accountability
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
