What You’ll Do (Caregiver Responsibilities)*
As a caregiver, you will provide personalized home care services that support seniors physically, emotionally, and socially:
- Provide companion care and build meaningful relationships
- Assist with personal care, including hygiene assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting)
- Support mobility assistance and safe transfers
- Help with meal preparation and nutrition
- Offer respite care to support family members
- Engage clients in activities that promote independence and well-being
- Provide specialized support for individuals needing Alzheimer’s care and dementia care
- Assist with light housekeeping and daily household tasks
Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with mobility tasks
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient personality
- A heart for caregiving with a focus on empathy and person-centered care
Flexible Schedules
We offer flexible scheduling to fit your life:
- Mornings: 7a–3p (flexible, e.g., 9a–1p)
- Afternoons: 3p–9p (flexible, e.g., 5p–9p)
- Overnights (Awake): 9p–7a (flexible, e.g., 10p–6a)
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
