As a Sales & Wellness Associate, you are the face of the clinic and an important part of helping clients achieve their wellness goals. You’ll create exceptional guest experiences while educating clients about massage, skincare, stretch services, retail products, and Massage Envy’s Wellness Program.
This Is a Sales-Focused Position
This is a sales and customer-service position—not a receptionist-only role.
Sales & Wellness Associates are expected to confidently discuss memberships, recommend retail products and enhancements, rebook services, complete client outreach, and ask for the sale.
All Sales & Wellness Associates are expected to achieve a minimum of three (3) membership enrollments per month and actively contribute to the clinic’s membership, retail, rebooking, and overall sales goals.
You don’t have to know everything on your first day. We provide training, coaching, and support, but you must be comfortable selling, receiving feedback, and being held accountable to measurable performance expectations.

Day-to-Day
As a Sales & Wellness Associate, you will:
- Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Check members and guests in and out efficiently
- Educate guests about Massage Envy’s Wellness Program and membership options
- Confidently present membership options and ask qualified guests to enroll
- Rebook clients for future services
- Recommend enhancements and home-care retail products based on client needs and service providers recommendations
- Re-engage prospective and inactive members through phone and email outreach
- Partner with service providers to create exceptional guest experiences
- Support clinic promotions, sales initiatives, and team goals
- Assist with daily clinic operations and administrative responsibilities
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic throughout the day
Qualified Candidates
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous customer service, retail, hospitality, wellness, or sales experience
- Possess a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
- Have an outgoing personality and enjoy building relationships with others
- Take pride in being the face of the clinic and creating exceptional first impressions
- Be comfortable starting sales conversations and asking for the sale
- Be motivated to achieve individual and clinic sales goals
- Be coachable and willing to apply feedback
- Be dependable, reliable, and punctual
- Demonstrate strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Be able to professionally and empathetically de-escalate customer concerns
- Work collaboratively while supporting clinic goals and initiatives
- Possess strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills
- Have basic math and cash-handling experience
- Be available to work evenings and weekends
