Job Description
Plan and coordinate construction project activities from project kickoff through completion. Set project schedules, track milestones, and address issues that affect delivery dates. Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal contacts to keep work moving as planned. Monitor project budgets and spending to support accurate cost control. Review project progress and share clear status updates with relevant stakeholders. Manage project documentation, including schedules, project updates, and key decisions. Identify project risks and work with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly. Support project closeout by confirming required work and documentation are complete.

The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Project Manager' should have: Experience managing construction projects from planning through closeout. Experience building and maintaining project schedules and tracking milestones. Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Ability to manage project budgets, costs, and project documentation. Ability to communicate project updates, risks, and next steps clearly. Ability to organize competing project priorities and resolve day-to-day issues.
