Our client is hiring for a position in the building and construction industry based in Purchase.
Job Description
- Coordinate and oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Review and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and project specifications.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Identify and address any project-related issues or risks promptly.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Communicate project updates effectively to all relevant parties.
