Job Description
Plan and coordinate construction project activities from kickoff through completion. Define project scope, priorities, schedules, and key deliverables with project stakeholders. Track project progress and address issues that may affect timing, cost, or project outcomes. Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep work moving as planned. Review project plans, schedules, and updates to maintain clear next steps. Communicate project status, milestones, and changes to relevant stakeholders. Manage project documentation to support clear decisions and accurate project records. Close out completed construction projects and confirm outstanding items are addressed.

The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Project Manager' should have: Experience managing construction projects from planning through completion. Experience coordinating project schedules, deliverables, and project documentation. Ability to manage multiple project priorities and address issues as they arise. Experience working with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Ability to communicate project updates, timelines, and changes clearly. Experience reviewing project plans and tracking progress against key milestones.
