Job Description

Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain smooth workflows. Monitor and enforce safety compliance on-site. Ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the construction process. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues. Collaborate with project managers to develop and adhere to project schedules. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Multifamily Construction Superintendent should have: Experience in managing multifamily construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control. Ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with project scheduling and budget management.
