Main Responsibilities:

Provide legal support to the equities sales and trading business, including equity derivatives and structured equity finance activities.
Draft, review, and negotiate derivatives trading documentation, including ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, master confirmation agreements, and transaction confirmations.
Advise business stakeholders on regulatory requirements impacting derivatives and trading activities, including margin and other derivatives-related regulations.
Support trading activity across a range of equity-linked products, including swaps, options, and forwards.
Draft and negotiate securities financing documentation, including repurchase and securities lending agreements.
Maintain and enhance standard form documentation, templates, and legal processes.
Partner closely with credit, market risk, collateral management, operations, compliance, and other internal stakeholders to address legal, operational, and risk-related issues.
Provide legal support for a broad spectrum of equity-linked products and structured solutions, including structured notes, corporate equity derivatives, quantitative investment strategies, custom indices, and other complex transactions.
