Project Manager - Ground Up Retail

Job Description

Manage all phases of ground-up retail construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to define project scope and objectives. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources. Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues. Ensure adherence to all local building codes and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Ground Up Retail should have: Experience with ground-up retail construction projects. Strong project management and organizational skills.
