Job Description
Develop and implement technology solutions to support business operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology integration. Identify and resolve technical issues to maintain system performance and reliability. Provide technical expertise and guidance to support business growth and innovation. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Document system configurations and processes for future reference. Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend improvements.

The Successful Applicant
Must haves
- 5-12 years of L2/L3 IT support experience in a financial services firm
- Experience in Azure environment
- Experience supporting SharePoint and Microsoft 365
- Experience with IAC (can be any tooling)
- Experience leveraging any AI platform
