Construction Project Manager
Manage multiple ground-up and large-scale construction projects simultaneously Lead scheduling, project execution, and client communications Support buyout activities and subcontractor management Coordinate project teams to achieve budget, quality, and timeline goals Build and maintain relationships with clients and project stakeholders
Current Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with GC experience Background in multifamily, commercial, municipal, or large urban construction Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities Stable career history with 3+ years of tenure at previous employers
Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 + bonus Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits $400-$900 monthly vehicle allowance plus gas card Long-term growth opportunities within an expanding Florida operation
