DOB Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan

Job Description
Oversee daily construction site activities and track progress against project plans. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to keep work aligned across active areas. Review site conditions and address issues that affect construction schedules or quality. Maintain clear records of daily work, site activity, and project updates. Monitor jobsite safety practices and promote safe working conditions for all site personnel. Communicate construction status, schedule changes, and site needs with project stakeholders. Inspect completed work and identify items that require follow-up before project milestones. Manage site logistics, including deliveries, access, and coordination of on-site work.

The Successful Applicant
A successful DOB Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan should have:
- Experience overseeing active construction sites and daily field operations.
