Job Description
Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols on the job site. Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders as needed. Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements. Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process. Perform quality control checks to ensure work meets established standards. Travel frequently to various project sites as required.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Traveling Superintendent should have: strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations. Experience with managing multiple construction projects simultaneously. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively. Willingness to travel extensively to project sites.
