Recruitment Consultant
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will operate as a true business partner to both clients and candidates by:
- Building and managing relationships with clients across your market
- Developing business through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and meetings
- Identifying and engaging top talent within your specialization
- Managing the full recruitment life cycle from initial outreach through offer acceptance
- Advising clients on hiring trends, compensation, and talent strategies
- Negotiating offers and influencing hiring decisions
- Building a personal brand within your market and becoming a trusted industry expert
- Working toward individual and team performance goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

$70,000-$85,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
