Commercial General Contractor Site Manager

Job Description
Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through completion. Develop and maintain project schedules while driving milestone achievement. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and deliveries. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements. Conduct daily site meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders. Manage construction activities in occupied facilities with minimal disruption. Oversee project documentation, punch lists, and final closeout activities. Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and project teams.

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor. Experience delivering Class A office, healthcare, medical office, laboratory, or similar commercial projects. Strong background in interior renovations and tenant improvements. Ability to manage multiple trades while maintaining schedule and quality expectations. Experience working within occupied buildings is highly preferred. Proficient with construction technology platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools. OSHA 30 certification preferred.
