My client is hiring for a senior project manager specializing in high-end interiors in the NoVa region.
Job Description
Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Lead project teams and collaborate with contractors, vendors, and clients. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management. Maintain effective communication across all project stakeholders.
