Traveling Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

Job Description
- Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Monitor and maintain quality control throughout all stages of construction.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managers to ensure project alignment.
- Resolve on-site issues and challenges to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports and documentation.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Traveling Superintendent - Healthcare Construction should have:
- Experience with managing healthcare construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and project documents.
- Proven ability to lead and manage on-site teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required by project locations.
