Project Manager - Commercial
The Project Manager - Commercial will:
- Plan, execute, and oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed work plans in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and address any challenges or changes that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all job sites.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders as needed.
A successful Project Manager - Commercial should have:
