Job Description
As a High-End Interiors Assistant Project Manager | NYC you will:
- Support Project Managers throughout all project phases
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Assist with budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
- Track project schedules and milestone deliverables
- Participate in client, architect, and subcontractor meetings
- Monitor project costs and assist with financial reporting
- Help ensure projects meet quality and safety standards

The Successful Applicant
A successful High-End Interiors Assistant Project Manager | NYC should have:
- 2+ years of experience as an APM with a general contractor
- Experience on high-end interiors, luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of construction documents and project controls
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
