Concrete Construction Superintendent
Our client is a well respected and established family-owned self-perform General Contractor with a tight-knit team in Michigan and are looking for an experienced Superintendent to join their growing team. They have several projects breaking ground and are looking for someone who can lead them. This company has an incredible reputation and a strong backlog of projects across Maricopa County.
Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring all work aligns with project specifications.
Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion and cost control.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve challenges.
Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, reports, and change orders.
Ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment to avoid delays.
Manage 1-2 jobs at a time between $500K and $2M in value.

A successful Concrete Construction Superintendent should have:
- Must Have:
- Highschool diploma - 3 years minimum experience as a Lead Superintendent - Must have at least 3 years of experience with a concrete focus - Ability to make sound decisions, be accountable for their projects and smart enough to be calculated in their approach while creating buy-in from their team
- Nice to have:
- Bachelors degree in a construction degree is ideal - 7+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent - Specifically structural concrete, framework, finishing, self perform concrete experience
Base salary: $120-150K, based upon experience
All in package: $160K+
