Experience developing, qualifying, and optimizing manufacturing welding processes
Knowledge of WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications), PQRs, weld qualification, and welding documentation
Understanding of failure analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production-floor welding and fabrication issues
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction
Review production documentation and work instructions to ensure requirements are accurate, complete, and clearly communicated
Develop, implement, and maintain standardized manufacturing processes, introducing controlled improvements as needed

Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000.
