Luxury Residential Construction Site Manager
Our client is a fast-growing luxury residential general contractor specializing in high-end custom homes and estate renovations. With a strong project backlog, entrepreneurial leadership team, and hands-on culture, they offer the opportunity to work on some of the region's most prestigious residential projects.
Lead day-to-day field operations on luxury custom residential projects. Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, and quality control. Maintain and update project schedules to meet key milestones. Coordinate with owners, architects, designers, and project teams. Drive projects through successful completion and client handover.
Ground-up luxury custom home experience required. Experience managing projects valued at $10M-$20M+ preferred. 5-20 years of construction experience in custom residential building. Strong communication, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills. Stable work history with excellent references; OSHA 30 preferred.
