Job Description
The Estimator is responsible for:
- Reporting to VP of Estimating
- Leading/preparing project estimates start to finish
- Collaborating with junior estimators

The Successful Applicant
The right Estimator has the following qualifications:
- 7+ years of Estimating experience with a general contractor
- B.S degree in engineering or construction management
- Detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to organize and manage detailed analysis
- Experience with estimating, scheduling and/or project management technology
- Have a high degree of competency with Suretrack, Excel and Timberline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
