Job Description
Manage construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives are achieved. Lead onsite project execution and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Coordinate project teams, including assistant project managers and field personnel, to drive successful project outcomes. Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control activities. Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction partners to resolve challenges and maintain project momentum. Monitor project risks and implement proactive solutions to minimize delays and maximize client satisfaction. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with project requirements, company standards, and applicable regulations. Manage projects including life science laboratories, healthcare facilities, manufacturing environments, historic renovations, educational facilities, tenant fit-outs, core and shell projects, and new construction.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Project Manager should have:
- 3 to 10 years of project management experience within the construction industry.
- Experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Ability to work full-time onsite at project locations throughout the Greater Boston region.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and client management skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites within the I-495 corridor.
- Experience managing laboratory, life science, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or highly technical construction projects.
- Background working on renovations, fit-outs, manufacturing facilities, or institutional projects.
- Experience within a design-build or fast-track construction environment.
