A successful Superintendents / Senior Superintendents should have:
- Must have ground up experience
- Experience overseeing daily construction site activities.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and field teams.
- Ability to read and work from project plans and construction schedules.
- Experience monitoring work progress and identifying site coordination needs.
- Ability to communicate clear project updates with construction stakeholders.
- Experience reviewing completed work against project requirements.
