Job Description
Manage construction projects from initial planning through closeout. Coordinate project schedules, priorities, and day-to-day construction activities. Track project progress and address issues that affect planned deliverables. Work with project stakeholders to clarify requirements and maintain alignment. Review project plans and maintain accurate records of key activities and decisions. Monitor construction work to support timely completion of project milestones. Communicate project updates, risks, and next steps to relevant stakeholders. Coordinate closeout activities and confirm project deliverables are complete.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager-Tampa-Construction should have: Experience managing construction projects through planning, execution, and closeout. Ability to coordinate schedules, project activities, and key deliverables. Experience tracking project progress and resolving day-to-day project issues. Ability to communicate project updates clearly with stakeholders. Experience reviewing project plans and maintaining project records. Ability to manage competing priorities within construction work.
