Job Description
Lead daily site operations for education and healthcare construction projects, keeping work aligned with approved plans and schedules. Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and deliveries to maintain steady progress across construction activities. Review drawings and project information to identify site requirements and resolve practical issues promptly. Monitor work quality on site and ensure completed activities meet agreed project specifications. Plan short-term construction activities and sequence work to help project milestones stay on track. Maintain clear site records, including daily progress updates, inspections and completed work. Coordinate with project stakeholders on site conditions, priorities and upcoming construction needs. Promote safe working practices across the construction site and address hazards as they arise.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have: 5-10+ years of Superintendent experience with a reputable general contractor. Experience overseeing on-site construction activities from planning through project completion. Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and site coordination requirements. Ability to organise subcontractor work, materials and daily site priorities. Experience monitoring construction quality and documenting site progress. Ability to plan work sequences and maintain focus on project schedules. Practical knowledge of construction site safety practices.
