Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, and operational teams.
- Develop KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Improve throughput, reduce lead times, and optimise workflow.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and operational performance.
- Partner with engineering and customer-facing teams to improve efficiency.
- Coach and develop managers while building a high-performing culture.
- Ensure safe, effective, and compliant operations.

The Successful Applicant
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of operations leadership experience within manufacturing.
- Strong background in process improvement and operational excellence.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managers.
- Financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
