Multifamily Construction Project Manager
Manage all phases of a $40M multifamily construction project. Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls. Coordinate owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams. Ensure quality, safety, and project milestone compliance. Lead project reporting and communication through project closeout.
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 10+ years of commercial construction experience. Delivered at least 2 multifamily projects from start to finish as a Project Manager. Strong employment tenure with a history of long-term commitments. Experience with concrete multifamily construction preferred.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000+. Vehicle allowance. Healthcare benefits and paid time off. 401(k) with company match.
