Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and budgets. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Identify and address project risks and issues proactively. Communicate project updates to stakeholders and leadership effectively. Foster strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have: Experience with managing construction projects from inception to completion. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with project management tools and software.
