Job Description

Manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects (garden-style, wrap, podium, or mixed-use)
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site labor
Enforce project schedule milestones and short-term look-ahead planning
Maintain daily reports, site logs, and progress documentation
Ensure all work complies with project plans, specifications, building codes, and company standards
Conduct regular inspections and punch walks
Identify and proactively resolve construction issues and deficiencies
Oversee punch list completion and turnover

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on multifamily ground-up construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, means and methods
Proven experience managing multiple subcontractor trades simultaneously
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)
Proficiency with basic construction technology (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Outlook, etc.)
